Jazz Dance

Jazz dance, namely, American modern dance, is a kind of dance with fast movements and dynamic rhythm. It belongs to an extroverted dance, which mainly pursues pleasure, liveliness and vitality. Its characteristic is that dancers can dance freely. It does not have to be like traditional classical ballet, which must be limited to one form and requires dancers to perform complying with the inherent posture.

Jazz dance is a kind of individual improvisation full of vitality and creativity. Just like when we hear the music we like, we can naturally express our emotions from the heart, and twist our body involuntarily following the rhythm of the music, such as snapping your fingers, shaking your heads and stamping your feet, sometimes excited and intense, sometimes slowly and softly into the music.
