Si Ting

Ms. Si Ting began her dance training at a very young age and has developed a strong technical foundation along with exceptional artistic expression. She and her students have been invited to perform at various cultural galas, community celebrations, and festival events across British Columbia earning outstanding recognition for their stage performances.​

Élan Dance Academy

Élan Dance Academy was founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2024 and has been dedicated to its local dance education ever since. The school was established by young performing artist Ms. Si Ting, who serves as both Principal and Artistic Director. Élan Dance Academy is dedicated to building a professional and well-rounded dance education institution. With over a decade of experience in local dance education in Vancouver, we are an officially recognized dance examination training center. Our school operates across three campuses in the Greater Vancouver area — Burnaby, West Vancouver, and Richmond — offering structured and diverse dance programs for students of all ages, from 3-year-old beginners to adults.

Ballet

A highly structured and disciplined dance art that emphasizes posture, grace, and control. Dancers improve flexibility, core strength, and coordination.

Chinese Dance

Rooted in traditional cultural aesthetics, It blends classical Chinese movement principles with elements of folk and ethnic dance styles.

Contemporary

Contemporary dance originated as a creative response to the rigid structure of classical ballet, seeking greater freedom of movement and artistic expression.

Latin

A passionate and rhythmic dance style originating from Latin America. It encompasses a variety of lively and vibrant partner dances.

Jazz

Jazz dance is a fast-paced and rhythmically expressive style of dance known for its outgoing and dynamic nature.

Kpop

Rooted in Hip Hop and House dance styles, learn the choreography of popular Korean music such as BTS, Blackpink, Stray Kids, and more.

Hip Hop

Hip hop dance is a vibrant street style born in New York during the 1970s. It centers on techniques such as the bounce, body isolations, and freedom of movement.

Acro

A dance style that focuses more on flexibility and musicality. Students develop mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and body control.

Adult Dance Classes

A fun and safe environment to explore all dance styles. Whether you are coming back to dance after a break or need recreational exercises.
